Ippin back again
A BS TV program featuring bonsai of Omiya,
Ippin (イッピン) will be broadcast again on August 18
at 4:30 - 5:00 in the early morning.
This time it is on a terrestrial televison.

Art exhibition: Flowers in Bloom
At Edo-Tokyo Museum,
a special exhibition Flowers in Bloom is held
until September 1, 2013.
This exhibition presents a large number of
documents and historical materials
that underline the magnificence of gardening,
with the focus on the culture of gardening,
which spread through Japan in the Edo Period.
